Ingredients:
- pasta of the bow: 300 g
- 1 rather small chicken breast
- 1 sprouting broccoli
- half a can of the corncob
- 3 big tomatoes or the small packet of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of sweet cream 30 %
- 1 ball of the mozzarella
- 50 g of yellow cheese
- salt, pepper
- favourite spices
Preparation:
Macaroni casserole with chicken and vegetables
We're making pasta in boiling water like 'al dente'. Drain and set aside.
In the same pot we're preparing chopped smaller slices of broccoli.
We're washing chicken breast, cutting into cubes and seasoning.
On the pan we warm up olive oil (2 spoons), putting onion on it, adding chicken breast, we're frying it for few seconds.
In bowl we're mixing eggs with sour Creme, adding salt and pepper.
Tomatoes we're chopping into cubes
We're lubricating Bakeware by butter, putting pasta, broccoli,chicken breast, tomatoes, mozzarella in cubes and drained corn. All of it we're pouring by sour Creme with eggs and carefully mixing. On top we're grating cheese and interceding to preheat oven in 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
