Coconut and pineapple cake





-Sponge cake with 4 eggs:

Ingredients for the cream: 
    -1 can of pineapple
    -1 ½ creamy pudding
    -1 teaspoon sugar
    -1 teaspoon
    -250 g butter
    -4 egg yolks
Ingredients for the meringue:
    -200 g of grated coconut
    -4 egg whites
    -1 cup sugar
In addition:
    -80 ml whipping cream
    -juice of ½ lemon
How to prepare it:
 Drain pineapple with juice. Pineapple juice, pour the water, so that it came out 1 ½ cups of liquid. Boil a glass of juice. Add the rest of the sugar, flour and pudding powder, cook like a pudding. Set aside to cool. Eggs blanch. Cream the butter with the egg yolks, gradually add a spoonful of pudding cooled down, constantly mixing. Add chopped pineapple and mix thoroughly. Cheese salad



Ingredients:
-pickled onions
-cheese
-chicken breast
-broccoli sauce


Sauce:

Lava Cake




Ingredients:
-70g dark chocolate,
-chopped 56g milk chocolate
-chopped 140g butter,
-half a cup of plain flour 1.5 cups granulated sugar
-3 large eggs
-3 large egg yolks
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons orange liqueur

How to prepare it:

Fry

Hi. This is the dinner I had today. It's from our school canteen. We had fish, some potatoe and some salad.

Apple pie with whipped foam

Ingredients: 
-2 cups of flour
-1 cup of powdered sugar
- 3  eggs
-Kasia margarine
-1/2 packet of baking soda - 1 teaspoon
-1 bag of vanilla sugar
-2 liters of apple sauce
-1/4 cup of vanilla sugar

Instructions:

Flour, powdered sugar (1 cup), egg yolks, margarine, baking powder, vanilla sugar - all knead thoroughly. Divide the dough, 3/4 roll and place on a baking tray and put in the freezer 1/4. The dough on a baking tray bake for about 15 minutes in the preheated oven to 160 degrees. Potatoes with seasoning and garlic sauce



Ingredients:
·        Potatoes
·        Potato seasoning
·        Garlic
·        Natural yogurt
·        Marjoram
·        Oil
Potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. 
Next, sprinkle them with the potato seasoning. 
Put them in a heated oil and fry them as they are brown. 
Finally put them onto the  kitchen paper to remove unneeded oil.
 
Garlic sauce :
Crush the garlic and put it into the natural yoghurt. 
You can sweeten it, add salt, pepper or even marjoram. 
You can add tomatoes or ketchup to this dish.
