Pasta with peppers and olive oil

Hello !



Ingredients:

1 Olive oil
2 Red paprika
3 Chilli peppers
4 Parsley
5 Parmesan
6 Garlic
7 Dark spaghetti pasta
8 Salat


Fry two green/red peppers and two thirds of chili pepper sliced in cubes for twenty minutes on olive oil using low fire setting. Then add chopped parsley and three pieces of garlic. Cook the pasta for fifteen to twenty minutes. Mix all ingredients and serve with grated parmesan.

Dear Friends :-)


Today we have prepared traditional Polish Christmas dishes. We have cooked the delicious beetroot soup served with tiny dumplings filled with mushrooms and cabbage.





Besides this, we have served delicious buns poured with olive oil and fried pancakes filled with cabbage and mushrooms.




For the dessert we have made tiny cupcakes with chocolate filling.

Hi.
Yesterday I ate one of my best meals :). Me and my mum cooked Tagiatelle with meatballs and broccoli. I hope you will like it.
Ingredients:

Meatballs:
  • 500 g of minced meat of turkey
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spoons of crumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 spoons of olive oil

Pasta and sauce
  • 400 g of tagiatelle pasta
  • 700 ml of tomato puree
  • 70 g of Mozzarella
  • 100 g of broccoli
  • salt, pepper
  • hafl spoon of sugar
  • one cucumber

Boil water and prepare pasta. Mix all the ingredients for meatballs in a bowl, except olive oil. Make  „ping pong balls” from the prepared mass. Heat the olive oil on the pan and fry meatballs. Make the sauce by adding the ingredients and insert it into the pot and boild it. Boil water for broccoli. Add some salt and half spoon of sugar to the water. Put the broccoli in a pot for 7 minutes. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Serve cooked pasta with meatballs, broccoli and mozzarella.

Me and my teacher have just done the shopping for this event . Tired but fulfilled. :-)







Broth

- 1/2 chicken
- 5l water
- 2 cup boiling fowl poultry
- 2 carrots, and parsley
- A piece of celery
- A piece of leek
- 1 onion
- Parsley
Spices:
- Pepper granular
- Ground pepper
- Salt
- St. Englishwoman
- Vegeta
- Noodles to the broth

Stages of preparation

1. Thoroughly wash the chicken and put into a pot of boiling water.
2. Add peeled vegetables: carrots, leeks, celery
3. Onion toast on the fire and add to broth.
4. Put cube broth, grainy pepper, allspice, and Vegeta.
5. After about an hour add the celery leaves, parsley 0.5.
6. Boil for another hour.
7. Boil pasta.
8. Serve with the addition of chopped parsley.
