Hi.
Yesterday I ate one of my best meals :). Me and my mum cooked Tagiatelle with meatballs and broccoli. I hope you will like it.
Ingredients:

Meatballs:
  • 500 g of minced meat of turkey
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spoons of crumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 spoons of olive oil

Pasta and sauce
  • 400 g of tagiatelle pasta
  • 700 ml of tomato puree
  • 70 g of Mozzarella
  • 100 g of broccoli
  • salt, pepper
  • hafl spoon of sugar
  • one cucumber

Boil water and prepare pasta. Mix all the ingredients for meatballs in a bowl, except olive oil. Make  „ping pong balls” from the prepared mass. Heat the olive oil on the pan and fry meatballs. Make the sauce by adding the ingredients and insert it into the pot and boild it. Boil water for broccoli. Add some salt and half spoon of sugar to the water. Put the broccoli in a pot for 7 minutes. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package. Serve cooked pasta with meatballs, broccoli and mozzarella.
