Vegetable soup

Ingredients:

3 carrots
3 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
2 red pepers
2 yellow pepers
2 green pepers
6 potatoes
salt
pepper
4 chicken legs

Preparation:

Chop all the vegetables into thin stripes and boil them all for about 30 minutes. Next add the chicken legs ang boil everything for about 20 minutes until the chicken is ready. After that take the chicken out of the pot and boil the vegetables for 15 minutes more. Cut the chicken meat and put it into the pot. After that you may add salt and pepper and the soup is ready. It is very tasty and does not contain many calorries. 



Healthy dinner

Ingredients:

2 small tomatoes
2 cucumbers
lettuce
black olives
3 eggs
olive oil
salt
pepper

Take the plate and put some lettuce on it. Next cut the tomatoes and cucumbers and place them on the plate. After that boil the eggs and when they are boiled take the egg shell of them and cut them. Later put the eggs on the salad. Pour everything with the olive oil and add salt and pepper. At the very end chop the olives and put them on the plate.
