Spring tea -potato pancakes with dill-cucumber sauce



Ingredients for pancakes:
-6 - 7 potatoes
-3 - 4 tablespoons of flour
-1-2 eggs
-salt
-pepper
How to pepare it:
Grate the potatoes, add the flour and eggs / egg. and mix. Add salt and pepper, or a little spice to the potatoes and casting excess water. Then pour a little oil in a pan, wait until it warms up a little bit on it and fry potato pancakes our. We just have to watch out for oil and remember that they were not too thick, because they will be raw in the middle. When it becomes brown in color, then you should turn them away to the other side.
The ingredients for the sauce:
-3/4 long cucumber
- 2 small natural yoghurt
-2 garlic clove
-a half bunch of dill
-salt
-pepper
How to prepare it:
Pour yogurt into a bowl and then peeled cucumber scrub on a grater. Finely chop koperi pour everything into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and you're done.
