"Pasta with apples and raisins"


Ingredients:

  • pasta
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 4 apples
  • raisins, nuts 1/2 pack
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • sour cream
  • butter
Method of preparation:

1. Cook pasta al dente. Grind the eggs with 4-6 tablespoons of sugar, mix with pasta. Put in a little pasta casserole dish, give it a teaspoon of butter and grate the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins. Bake in
the oven for approx. 1-2 hours
