Fried Salmon

Ingredients:

-one salmon fillet
-one yolk
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1 lemon
-salt
-pepper

Recipe:

First,  sauce the salmon with salt, pepper and sprinkle it with lemon. Next, smear the two sides of the fish with mixed yolk and oil. Then  fry the fish for 5-7 minutes on each side. And it’s done. We can serve it with cooked potatoes and fried vegetables like on the picture.
