Beef Steak with Mashed
Potatoes and Celery Salad
Ingredients:
- beef steak
- pepper
- olive oil
- 5 potatoes
- cumin
- 2 spoons of milk
- 2 spoons of rapeseed oil
- celery
- natural yoghurt
- white pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
Sprinkle meat with pepper and pour over the olive oil on it. Let it stand
for an hour. Fry on both sides for 3 minutes.
Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water. Drain and cool. Pour the milk
and rapeseed oil into the pan. Add the potatoes, sprinkle with cumin, heat for
4 minutes stirring.
Cut the celery into semicircles, season it with salt.
Sauce- 2 tablespoons of yogurt, pepper, minced clove of garlic; mix
the ingredients.
