Ingredients:
approximately 1 and 1.2 kg of potatoes
20 ounces smoked bacon
2 medium onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper
You can prepare a version without meat.
Recipe:
Wash potatoes, peel, grate (I grate for medium-sized
