An apple a day keeps the doctor away
It is very important to be fit and healthy. We all should protect our health, live and eat responsibly. That is why tomorrow at our schools we are having a very important day. We are having: "An apple day".
We are going to share healthy fruits with all the students at our schools. We hope they will try to protect their health.
We should remember about few golden rules of what to do to stay fit and healthy. And here are some of them:
1. Eat five times a day.
2. Drink 2l of water every day.
3. Exercise three times a week.
4. Don't eat unhealthy snacks between meals.
5. Remember to start the day with a healthy breakfast.
6. Try to be happy and believe in yourself.

Kartoflak
• Difficulty
Ingredients:
approximately 1 and 1.2 kg of potatoes
20 ounces smoked bacon
2 medium onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper
You can prepare a version without meat.
Recipe:
Wash potatoes, peel, grate (I grate for medium-sized
mesh, you can also finely grate so as to pancakes). If the fluid appears much
pour.
Add the flour and eggs, mix well. Add squeezed through
ricer or finely chopped garlic. Add to taste a lot of salt, pepper.
Bacon and onion slice and fry in a pan in sequence (start
with bacon, then put the meat into a bowl, I fry onions on the resulting fat.
Let cool slightly and add to the mass of the potato. Mix thoroughly.
The mass pour into a greased plate. Bake for about one
and a half to two hours at 180 degrees. So do not parch top too much, bake almost all the
time and turn on heating from below. Only at the end of cooking Set the heating
"up-down".
In the photo to
kartoflak served with mayonnaise sauce and cream.
You can eat witch mayonnaise or other favorite sauce.
It tastes great the next day (I just have to make a
double ration of ingredients :). Slice Kartoflak
into smaller pieces and fry in a pan.
Enjou your meal J

Hi there.
Long weekend passed. What a pity :-), but I tried not to waste it. I with my family visited Oatróda (very beautiful town in Lake District). After long hours of riding bikes we were lucky to find a nice place to have dinner. Check it out.
Best company+nice place+very good food=successfully spent time :-)

Tiramisu
Ingredients:
750g mascarpone cheese, chilled
4 large egg whites and yolks separately
2 packs of biscuits longitudinal Savoiardi / ladyfingers (oblong biscuits)
3 tablespoons caster sugar for baking
1 cup freshly brewed, strong coffee
cocoa for farrowing
50 ml liqueur Amaretto
All ingredients should be chilled.
Whip the egg yolks with sugar on a uniform, creamy and pale mass (the most
convenient mixer). Add mascarpone and mix to a combination of the masses (you
can gently mix). Add a glass of liqueur. Beat the egg whites and gently stir in
the cheese mass.
Make coffee, cool. Biscuits put on the plate, into a mold or cups. Pour a
cup of coffee spoon on the biscuits, soaked to her; it possibly can soak
biscuits, but very short - they break fast
For biscuits put a layer of cheese. Gaps between the biscuits do not fill
crumbs (there is no cheese).
Again put on the cheese biscuits soaked in coffee. Apply a second layer of
cheese. Put into the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
Bon appetite
