Risotto



 Ingredients:
4 swordfish steaks Marinero
2 tablespoons of lemon olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
half lemon juice
chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper

Risotto:
250 ml of white wine
1 onion, cut into cubes
pinch of turmeric
250 g of rice
2 small tomatoes
50g of butter
salt, pepper
nutmeg
