Ingredients:
750g pumpkin - peeled, cleaned and chopped seed in the ankle.
2 carrots
2 onions, cut into rings
2 potatoes, cut into slices
1 liter of water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
250 ml cream
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Method of preparation:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring water to a boil bouillon cube. In boiling water, cook pumpkins, potatoes and carrots. (about 20 minutes)
Mix the cooked vegetables . Add salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream, croutons and seeds.
